Ce cognac est issu de la Petite Champagne, millésime 2010, et a vieilli en fûts de chêne français pendant 8 mois en fûts neufs, puis en fûts roux. Il a un aspect ambré clair avec des reflets vert olive, un nez riche dominé par des notes de fruits mûrs et des arômes épicés et anisés, suivis d’arômes de grain de malts et d’une jolie trame boisée. En bouche, il est riche, puissant et ample, avec des notes de cacao, de cuir et de café. Ce cognac est proposé dans sa jeunesse, alliant finesse et puissance. Le lot se compose de 2560 bouteilles réparties dans 5 fûts.

Si vous voulez connaître le prix demandez au patron, un vrai de vrai. J adore flâner et acheter dans ces endroits lorsque je suis en France ! Si vous êtes à Troyes, vous achèterai du champagne alors faites plaisir aux artisans et commerçants et achetez vos bouteilles ici, pas en supermarché....

Venant de Paris à la découverte de Troyes. Ville médiévale bordées de maisons à colombages colorées, me fassent penser à la Normandie. Magnifique cathétale et basilique Sainte Urbain. Je tombe par hasard sur cette boutique "Au bec Fin" accueil très agréable par deux messieurs, ne partez pas avant de franchir la porte de cette boutique.... Très professionnels. Merci.

Le patron de la boutique vous accueille très chaleureusement. Et les produits maison sont délicieux. Le jambon de parme est coupé avec finesse. Les hors-d'oeuvre sont alléchants. Et le choix de vins et spiritueux est à la hauteur des plus grands amateurs.
